As a senior bid manager / Director in a Turnkey System (TK) or agreement I'm responsible for the overall implementation of all sub areas / lots in the overall project. In this context can be a large TK-project - the entire infrastructure consisting of Rolling Stock, electrification, signaling, track work and depot.

Responsible for design and development of the overall technical concept (architecture) of trams as well as defintion of products derived from the vehicle functions and thereby introduce innovative and functional development approaches into the innovation roadmap. Furthermore, objective of standardization, minimal manufacturing costs and optimized life cycle costs as well as development of platform solutions.

Responsible for the overall integration of all components and systems to the car body so that a vehicle is completed. This includes, Interior and Exterior equipment, electrical and large component integration. In this context, more than 70 employees are part of my department.
