Koordinierung und Steurerung der Projektterminplanung,Budgets Zuweisung Erstellung der finanziellen Berichten mit E.V.M Konzepte Verfolgung des Projektstatus, Budgetabweichung durch Projekten Abwicklung Erstellung und Überwachung von Kurven und Cashflow-Diagrammen Erstellung eines Analyseberichts basierend auf einem EVM-Analysten

Planning schedules, Creating WBS-CBS on expectations around the contracts’ deliverable with Primavera P6 or MS Project. Creating PMS, MDR, PSR to Track all the projects’ progressive phases, updating schedule through phases (Eng. E-Procurement, Procurement and Construction). • Creating ITC ,Preparing Cashflows reports (Cash in-Cash out), Reviewing Change orders (CO) which impact on remaining work packages, Tracking their influence on forthcoming due date of project. alarming Critical paths’ status

Preparing (WBS) and (CBS) to define the scope of the work. Creating PMS database which updated with outputs of Projects’ reports. Providing various reports for management and client on monthly basis, to present Projects’ status. Preparing analysis report based on EVM analyst and offer the useful remedies for any Deviations to be compensate. Using CPI and SPI index, BAC, and EAC and estimating forthcoming completion date (ECD).Coordinating and Monitoring projects plans, reports, documentations, scheduling.
