- 18-months long development programme including a range of attachments that cover 8 key business processes - Demand, Scheduling, Customer Interface, Risk and Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Process Improvement, Shop Planning, GPL. - The purpose of the programme is to develop high calibre individuals through defined development interventions with the aim to rapidly progress and meet the needs of Rolls-Royce talent pool requirements.

- Analyzed global spend and supported and/or led strategic procurement projects in logistics, equipment, technical marine, IT and indirect categories. - Enhanced and/or developed processes and tools used for EBIT improvements. - Project Lead of IMPA Act, Responsible Supply Chain Management program. - Designed and implemented business intelligence spend visibility tool. - Co-managed a strategic initiative raising group working capital across 35+ legal entities.

- Graduate program with challenging assignments taking place in northern European countries with rotation and on-the-job training.
