Responsible of suppliers performances, contracting and price negotiation. Contribution top line and bottom line business unit results by bringing supplier's innovation, market fluctuation information while contracting under the best commercial conditions.

Direct Spend: Procurement leader of the strategic global categories “Coffee and Tea appliances”, “Packaging”, “Ingredients”. Execution of clear strategic procurement activities such as five years vision category plans; spend control, contracting, risk management, supplier’s relationship management, innovation management, saving initiatives. Indirect Spend: Installation, Logistic and maintenance services, Factory equipment’s, Outsourcing projects.

Activity Resume: Tactical and strategic centralized purchasing activities supporting the European distribution team sales offices located in Germany, Belgium and Italy. Indirect Purchasing Spend responsibility (Facilities, Telecom).

Based in Germany at the supplier facility as responsible to control the total manufacturing activity of a key supplier. Ensures that the supplier production meet the company requests in terms of supply and quality. In charge of the total North European supply base doing frequent inspection travels to supplier’s premises. Provide reports and feedbacks (such as supplier’s performances evaluation and KPI ) to the internal stakeholders (quality, purchasing, finance, and project /program management).
