As coordinator I was meant to execute and facilitate projects as well as coach and harmonize the workload of an engineering team (approx. 25 Eng).

I acted as manufacturing representative towards suppliers and other sectors within ASML and towards the supply chain. In addition I had to create overviews of the quality roadmap, to reduce the impact of material quality on our cycle time.

Responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from the design and development phases through to the volume and sustain phases. Additionally, I served as the primary point of contact for customer reviews and audits.

As a quality engineer I managed internal quality issues and customer complaints, PPAP creation for new projects, Control plan and PFMEA design in cross functional teams

Initially I was trained for the general procedures of the World Class Manufacturing. I learned to use some specific machines, like the machine for the tensile test, the quantometer and the densimeter, I was inserted in the Quality control pillar.

The Bachelor in Materials Engineering trains who makes use of in-depth knowledge in the field of materials and their production technologies. In carrying out these activities, the materials engineer exploits the knowledge acquired both on structural materials and on functional materials.
