The EU EF Operational Excellence team is responsible for driving Projects and improvements within the Amazon External Fulfillment network (30+ warehouses) to apply continuous improvement in our operations (Six Sigma Yellow Belt obtained in September 2023) - Transportation optimisation to improve fillrate and reduce wasted trucks in EU - Data Analysis using SQL (Redshift) and Quicksight BI tool - Software roll-out to reduce Network bottlenecks during Peak Christmas period - Network optimization

E2E tender solutions: technical modeling & costing for Ecommerce, Retail, Tech, Lifesciences. Data analysis (Excel, PowerBI). Warehouse layout (CLASS) process flows & WMS (Blue Yonder). Resource & MHE sizing, CAPEX/OPEX, costing & pricing. Automation (Locus, 6Rivers, AGV, Sorters, ASRS, BOD). Simulation (Anylogic, Flexsim).
