Good knowledge of regulatory requirements for credit institutions as well as knowledge of common auditing standards (ISACA) and IT Standards (e.g. COBIT, ITIL). Leading Grant Thornton's technology strategy, execution, and operations, in accordance with corporate policy. Developing in-house skillsets and managing key vendor relationships.

Develop policies for internal IT operations to drive attainment of SLAs. Define the System Integration Department architecture in conjunction with current and future requirements. Manage and support delivery of software and hardware operations and projects. Identify key skills and talent gaps in System Integration Department and work to recruit, train, and retain talent.
