Managed the different marketing paid channels, such as SEA, Display, Paid Social, Native for several markets (ES, AT, UK). Created and optimized the campaigns with keywords, audiences (in-market, interests, custom lists), remarketing targeting. Prepared reporting, analyzed the performance in order to optimize and test new approaches in the channels.

Organized and managed a multicultural team of 15 people, reported metrics weekly to Google managers, conducted interviews for new hires, facilitated problem solving and collaboration, mitigated possible risks, tracked quality and motivated the team.

Managed the workflow, assessed and evaluated the tasks that came for the team, communicated and negotiated the Online Marketing strategies and approaches with the Account Managers, as our clients.

Performed Search and Display account optimizations for Google Account Managers to deliver to their end clients in the Spanish market. The tasks consisted of creation, optimization or localization of the different elements in a Google Ads account (campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, bids, settings, audiences…) with strict deadlines and quality checks.
