Absicherung der Zahlungsfähigkeit, Reduzierung der Kapitalbindung, Liquiditätskontrolle, Umsatz- und Kostenstruktur, Ermittlung der Gewinn- sowie der Verlustbringer (Produkte und Dienstleistungen) , Finanzplanung über 3-5 Jahre, stabile Finanzierungsstruktur, staatliche Fördermittel, innovative Finanzierungsinstrumente, Investoren

I help companies in setting up business/start-ups in overseas and to attain the growth targets, making sure that the organisation abroad will meet the process- and reporting standards of the mother company. In these activities I gained special experience as commercial executive in South-East Asia and in the Middle East. I lead and support as well in change environments such as restructurings and turnarounds. In this area I gained special experience too in various projects in Germany and abroad.

- Responsible for the comprehensive management of the Joint Venture Company with the Viet¬namese Telecom -Significant improvement of the total investment’s pay-back against plan - Profitable set-up and extension of the product and service portfolio
