By joining Gunvor in 2010, I lead the Group to a Digitization-journey and in establishing building blocks for a Corporate-Structure. I successfully defined and executed ICT Modernization and Digitization strategies for a global ~$60bn turnover independent Trading House, in supporting the company’s rapid global expansion, business diversification and transition to renewables commodities. Metrics: 110 staff based in 8 locations, supporting ~1,700 users in 17 sites, ~30 projects annually, ~USD 35m budget.

A strategic position that evolved in a variety of high-profile management roles, including spearheading a range of projects on global business-process digitisation and streamlining reform initiatives. Defined and executed business and digital transformation strategies on its operations through global ERP and Field Operations Management systems deployments. Central banking financial institution, where I managed the IT Business Solutions service, and several strategic, multi-million-dollar FINTECH and ERP projects, realizing the Bank efficiencies and compliance. Metrics: 15 staff reports, supporting 600 users in three locations.
