This cross-functional role involves responsibilities spanning across ChemicaInvest Holding, reporting to the Supervisory Board (PE: CVC Capital) and within the group company AnQore, reporting to the Management Team. Strategy: Competitive mapping, strategic business planning, M&A, JV, technology partnerships, Startups Sustainability: Develop up & downstream partnerships to grow adoption of sustainable product offerings Procurement: Manage, coach and develop a team of 5 FTEs

- Define, design and build L2 to L4 processes for following HUCAP services: Strategic Workforce Planning and post management, HR budget planning & monitoring, HR metrics, HR Administration Services, Financial transactions - Supporting the Team Leader to further develop methodologies and tools for workforce planning, post management and HR metrics - Support the Team colleagues in the delivery of HR Administration Services including the update of the related HR tools

- Working in Senior VP team; end-to-end procurement process (re)design and change management to integrate acquired companies into the healthcare business. - Collaborate with function leaders (Innovation Management, Procure to Pay, Supplier Management, Source to Contract) to design and implement continuous improvements in Procurement processes for Idea to Market, Market to Order and Order to Cash domains so as to align with the Marketing offer, Annual operating plan and other strategic initiatives

- Cross-functional role that supports central, product line and regional offices in strategic decisions for potential entry/growth in a new market or segment, development of new product/service offering, assessment of competitors’ strategies - Involves financial and strategic analysis for preparation of quarterly/annual earnings summary, customer insights, competitor scorecards, industry outlook and specific deep-dives (redefined KPIs and acquisitions)

- Analysis of HP IDOL data analytics platform in the context of telecommunications (IoT) and EU data privacy regulations - Proposed a new business model integrating HP IDOL and MAVEN, leveraging population and movement analytics to promote smart city governance - Received internship offer from HP Italia as a recognition of best project

- Innovation Consultant for analysis and redesign of industrial activities (Automotive, cement, petrochemical, water treatment) to identify energy and process efficiency improvements or waste reduction, including change management aspect. - Lead projects in the following domains: Manufacturing process layout, Supply chain management, Sustainable Procurement, Energy and Environmental management systems, Lighting as a Service, Social entrepreneurship

- New product development and product sustenance projects for Automotive, Electronics, Energy, Healthcare and engineering industry - Hands-on-experience in Design Control, ISO 9001; ISO 13485; ISO14971 and FMEA - Market research and benchmarking against similar and competitive products - Scouting potential vendors, prototype development and testing - Review client input (RFI/RFQ), develop use cases and provide project estimates

- Study & documentation of industrial shop-floor activities for customization of ERP system - Preparation of process flow and automation for new equipment - Liaison with raw material vendors and logistics providers - Helped reduce the tooling cost by 30%, by determining and adapting the optimum chemical process in new equipment
