Running the Supply Chain (Plan, Buy, Make, Move) for the Wolff-Group.

Responsible for Manufacturing and R&D at Dr. Kurt Wolff.

Running Engineering, Site Services and Logistics for BAT's largest site globally, reporting to the Regional Head of Manufacturing.

Member of the R&D Leadership Team in Europe. Responsible for Analytics, Product Compliance, Pilot Plant and supporting IT systems.

Manage the interface between > 50 end markets and a newly setup Supply Chain hub responsible for Plan, Buy, Make and Move. Establish a centralised Service department by integrating the various customer facing functions.

Deliver the optimum logistics network with regard to cost / service in Germany. This includes the closure of the in-house distribution department and the transfer of all distribution operations to a 3rd party supplier. Investigate and plan the option to implement a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) model in Southern Europe. Supervise the design and build of two distribution centres together with a team of international consultants.

Manage the output, quality and costs of a three shift production department with approximately 250 employees. Ensure compliance of the production facility with internal and external rules and regulations.
