Strategic Project Manager for New Product Developments at Stryker Digital, Robotics, and Enabling Technologies (DRE). - Led the global Stryker ENT computer aided surgical navigation program strategy by utilizing clinical insights, market feedback and business priorities. - Led the New Product Development (NPD) process for a global ENT Navigation platform.

- Led a Digital Health Application (DiGA) project including identification of the legal and scientific requirements. - Managed the company's main medical product (computer aided cognitive rehabilitation) and coordinated multidivisional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, UX/UI, Testing and Marketing, etc.

-Led the research project "Gait Event Recognition for Triggering Functional Electrical Stimulation during Robotic Gait Training" within the EU funded "KeepControl" program. -Developed gait recognition algorithms based on motion data from rehabilitation robotics. -Successfully executed clinical study with stroke patients to evaluate electrical stimulation and motion recognition in robotic gait training. -Published scientific findings in renowned journals and presented them at international congresses.

Collaborated on multiple projects in neurological rehabilitation, including functional near infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) measurements and gait recognition.

Comprehensive clinical training at UKSH University Medical Center Schleswig-Holstein's neurology ward. Collaborated with medical experts on research in neurological rehabilitation with the focus on gait rehab.

Conducted scientific evaluation of the "Vitalmonitor" using Heart Rate Variability and the Wingate Test, measuring peak anaerobic power and anaerobic capacity of healthy subjects, and evaluating outcomes through regression models.

Integrated human gait profiles into the rehabilitation robot "Hirob," utilizing Inertial Measurement Units to measure the gait pattern and conducting data post-processing to ensure optimal functionality.

Design and calculation of bearings (ball bearings, roller bearings etc.) for multiple applications like automotive engineering & defence technology using the 3D CAD construction application Pro/Engineer .
