Coordination of a 4 members team : month end provisioning activities, internal reporting and related to provisioning analysis; quarterly provisioning processes, reporting and reconciliation activities (estimate and actual) in relationship with the Group; Quarterly coordination of the external financial audit missions, on risk side; Active involvement and coordination of the new provisioning tool project for IAS 39 provisioning, Involvement in IFRS 9 project – measurement part at group level.

Defining “As Is” and” To be” processes for cards processes improvement: workshops coordination, data collecting, performance measurement and developing solutions for performance improvement; Monitoring corporate loans prolongation End to End process performance: weekly departments and End to End process performance meetings; monthly overall process reporting for Board presentation.

Delivery and coordination of assurance engagements for banks, leasing companies and non-banking financial institutions; limited exposure to insurance companies, in junior years; Review of financial statements in accordance with local GAAP/IFRS and GRP; In charge of projects’ budgets and billings to clients; Client secondment for a Romanian top 10 bank for Basel III implementation; Delivery of IAS39 trainings (including drafting materials) for one of the top 5 Romanian banks.

Understanding and preparing working procedures for accounts receivables area, during transition period of outsourcing financial services for an UK client, as well as testing and monitoring the transfer and upgrade of the ERP before the Go live moment; Daily cash allocation, aging and credit control activities, monthly revaluation of receivables balances and intercompany reconciliations.
