-Providing channel partners with new business opportunities and leads, product and technical support, and competency and qualifications plans. -Developing and maintaining trust between the channel partner and the vendor. -Translating our products into business value for our channel partners, by understanding the partners’ business model including helping the partners develop value propositions that are attractive to their customers.

- Distributing tasks, coordinating and supervising the tech-support staff - Regular evaluation of the tech-support staff, issuing daily reports based on various KPI - Maintaining a very close relationship and daily communication with the internal client (Acronis) - Devising new methods to improve case management, procedures, workflow and workload distribution - HR & Recruiting activities (administration & Interviewing and selecting applicants ) - Solving complex client cases on manager level
