Coordinate the welcome week for new students, in cooperation with the faculties, student teams, and other members of the university administration. Design and coordinate extra-curricular events and activities for students of all faculties, so that they live the community experience at the university. Build strategies to develop a strong sense of identity and community among all the members of the University (students, staff, academics, and alumni).

Teach English as a Foreign Language (EFL) courses offered by the Department of Foreign Languages. The courses taught covered a variety of levels ranging from starters (A1 courses) to advanced learners (C1 courses). Design and organize a Model UN as a content-based class for English learners as well as a specialized class on Public Speaking. Design and teach the course of Diplomatic English for the Colombian Foreign Service Training Program in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Coordinate the incoming international mobility. Organize welcome/integration events, excursions, and campus life activities. Coordinate the university’s double degree programs. Process the candidates’ applications, support in administrative procedures, organizing extra-curricular activities. Design, organize, and develop international tailor-made study tours for foreign partner institutions. Duties included budgeting, reserving venues, coordinating with academics, and following up on the course.

Analyze, project, and develop the Project for Internationalizing Higher Education in Colombia. This included internationalization management, relations with higher education institutions in Colombia, and cooperation with strategic international partners (OECD, DAAD, NGOs, and foreign governments).

Teach Spanish as a foreign language to middle and high school students. Organize cultural activities and events to improve students' intercultural skills at "Collège Jean Vilar" and "Lycée François Villon", located in the Academic District of Versailles, France.

Translate administrative documents and phone calls for the Deputy Cultural Manager's Office at the Central Bank of Colombia, related to temporary exhibitions coming to the Bank's museums, loans of artworks coming from partner museums abroad, cultural events.

Teach English and French for high school students. Design a study plan based on the task-based method for teaching English at the school. Design a study plan based on the task-based method for teaching French to the school students.
