Consulting, managing and securing sales of a diverse portfolio consisting of agencies and corporate (i.e. both biggest OTAs in the market, German and Austrian Embassies and Chambers of Commerce and large corporate i.e. Daimler, OMV, etc.).

Planning and developing deliverables for worldwide B2B online platform for the entire Lufthansa Group, managing deliverables to meet stakeholders’ needs, in charge of legislation, policies and standards and applying best practice methods.

Responsible for managing Country Specifications and all Service Providers throughout GCC (incl. UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain), Pakistan and Iran. The main Service Providers were Call Centers, Limousine Services and Audit Teams. As the main interface to almost every department in the region, my responsibilities included designing processes, restructuring, negotiating and contracting Service Providers.

As the only Account Manager Iran at that time, I was responsible for managing and consulting a diverse portfolio of agencies and corporate of all sizes, (i.e. biggest consolidators of the market, high ratio of incentive contracts, etc.) and handling some extreme market challenges (base commission reduction from 9% to 3%).

Mastering all airline service center related tasks including Ticketing, Reissuing Bookings, Handling Refunds, Loyalty Programs for both B2B and B2C, Call Center, Workshops and Presentations for all customers including Corporate (small, medium, big), Agencies, Consolidators and B2B and B2C End Customers.
