Design, Develop and Deployment of Commercial Banking key projects including: •Creation of an internal management model “Matriz de Arraigo”, a 360° model that allowed understanding better the customer needs, delivering the products faster and tracking any possible risks. The tool was recognized as a Best Practice in the HSBC Group, during this period •Design of Agricultural Credit Model, helping to recover in the 1st year US$10 millions in guaranteed loans from the government.
Responsible of the process redesign in the Trust Division for Statements, Investments and the main IT system in order to comply the London’s audits, after the acquisition of a local Mexican bank “Bital”.
