As a HR Consultant, working in the Training and Development department, my role is to support all employees of Lidl Spain with structured training and development, inspiring excellence throughout the organisation.

As an International Recruitment Consultant in the Native Speakers | Spain division, I aim to offer my clients an efficient, full-cycle management of their recruitment for international and multilingual candidates. My responsibilities include briefing and definition of requirements with the client, diversified international and local sourcing, remote and face-to-face screenings and interviews and tailored presentation of candidates to effectively meet client needs over a vast range of sectors and levels.

Working in the Native Speakers department, I specialize in full-cycle recruitment of multilingual candidates for multinational companies in Spain and other European countries.

During this time, I was responsible for creating HR policies and upgrading industry processes. I also participated in various development programs, such as cultural change planning, updating working methodologies, Lean Business and Lean Manufacturing design, among others.
