Maintain and design SQL database tables, views, stored procedures and triggers that are required in the maintenance and development of web software. Optimize the performance; maintain the integrity, update, backup, and restore of the databases. Transfer existing databases to our Product's database (SQL Server). Manage company’s production database on a daily basis (including 1500+ customers, 30000+ transactions.) Responsible for system integrity, maintenance, update, backup, and restore. Generate and analyze customized weekly sales report and monthly financial report. Increase gross margin from 67% to 73% within 1 year. Increased Customer Services Satisfaction level from 90% to 97% within 1 year by active communication, thus increasing referral cases that generated $100,000 revenue in 2012.

Maintained e-newsletter server including Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP. Save $40,000 for our No. 1 account (annual revenue $1.3 million) in managing their conference by leading a team of 10 to organize 1,000 volunteers for 15,000 participants in 2011, alongside successfully bring in a new core group for the organization. Maintained three email servers for e-newsletter broadcasting, and visited and stayed in various countries for Gospel work.

Designed LED SMD (Surface Mount Device) module hardware in a team of 7 using AutoCAD, monitored and analyzed production quality data with statistical methods and successfully completed manufacture NPI (New Product Introduction) cycle on time. Interpreted customer requirements and analyzed North American and European markets to help production team in China.

Supervised Weapon Maintenance Program in battalion, including 20+ tanks, 10+ vehicles, and 4,000+ cannons, according to army procedures and processes.
