As a Senior Researcher and Research Team Leader I was responsible for coordinating the workload of the Research team, providing support to other researchers (especially new starters), and developing Research processes with the Practice Director. In addition I worked actively on Executive Search assignments from initial research through to approaching candidates and report writing.

Full service executive search research from attending client briefings through to managing headhunted candidates to shortlist. Undertook assignments across both the commercial and public sectors.
