Promoted to Business Development Manager due to proven success in Outbound team. Following streamlining of team 12 months later was one of only two internal candidates chosen to become National Account Manager (NAM).
Responsible for following up and closing deals with first time or occasional buyers as well as cold calling contacts on the back of customer acquisition campaigns. Built client relationships, assessed account potential and passed over qualified leads to Business Development team. Negotiated and closed single largest deal at that time in Getty Images history for approx £175,000.
