- Assessing over 6,400 km of water infrastructure and 4,800 km of sewer infrastructure capacity to support existing developments and future growth, incorporating changes in population, water/sewer demands, and climate change - Utilizing sewer capacity requests and modeling software to quickly find areas of deficient capacity in the system and scope short-, medium- and long-term capital improvement projects and cost estimates to increase sewer infrastructure and assist leadership with decision making

- Managing the coordination between developers, local stakeholders, residents, and other governmental entities to increase sewer capacity and availability in local areas with creating intergovernmental agreements and developer partnerships - Analyzing the County’s population and employment growth for the 2050 horizon for future planning purposes - Spearheading a grant application to help fund low-income families’ septic to sewer conversions

- Worked on several water systems’ Capital Improvement Project (CIP) Programs, hydraulic models, and master plans - Summarized water use by watersheds for a water resiliency and risk assessment report for potential changes in water availability on a watershed basis in future time periods based on available climate change projections - Conducted monitoring and evaluation inspections of Category 1 earthen-dams for maintenance, emergency action planning, and dam reclassifications permitting

- Investigated, monitored, and evaluated different social impacts, water-quality tests, statistical analyses, and computer programs for implementing low-cost rapid microbial water tests in low-resourced areas - Managed an international collaborative field and laboratory research study in India to create a new, microbial water-quality indicator test as well as a program that allows residents to conduct microbial water-quality tests - Developed study protocols for investigations and published journal articles

Guided students through geomatics surveying and GIS techniques and concepts. Charged with creating all lab assignments, quizzes and final project for the students. Also assisted in proctoring exams as well as grading students’ lab reports.

Conducted field observations, geomatics surveying, and provided field collection assistance in a geotechnical study to determine hydraulic conductivity of soils across different parts of Georgia.

- Conducted field evaluation and monitoring of water systems, both solar and grid powered, to provide technical and operational advice and training to the nonprofit’s technical staff in order to help them make efficient water systems for rural, water-impoverished villages - Provided geomatics surveying and hydraulic modeling training for proposed water systems - Provided construction, management, and technical education about water systems to rural residents

Designed reinforced concrete structural buildings using the British Standard Building Code as well as the local, state, and Malaysian building codes; managed the inspections and construction sites.
