Executed the carve-out migration of Siemens’ Data & AI landscape, creating a fully independent data platform, governance, and security framework. Defined and delivered the organizational vision for data & AI, driving automation, digitalization, and proactive decision-making. Directed a global team of 150+ professionals through the carve-out and transformation into Innomotics.
