The ESPRIT project (Easily diStributed Personal RapId Transit) aims to develop a purpose-built, lightweight electric vehicle for urban car sharing. Preliminary test and demonstration of three prototype vehicles is planned for Glasgow, Lyon and L’Hospitalet de LLobregat near Barcelona.

In 2014 I founded the OVO Communities business, reintroducing municipal energy to the UK after a gap of nearly 70 years. OVO communities won the 2015 European Utility Award for best utility initiative, and the 2016 Verdantix award for utility customer innovation.
Focus on renewable energy, energy efficiency and low carbon energy.
