Sales controlling - Netherlands : o Job transition & harmonization of Benelux Marketing&Sales finance o Drive and help informed decisions of the NSC (Sales Directors), finance support to FCSD Marketing teams to submit high-quality VM programs and enable them to attend tenders, apply for extra funds for marketing campaigns o collaboration with the brand, fleet and sales managers, reviewing marketing proposals & calculate profit to cost ratios o monthly forecasts, develop new processes

o Managing monthly variance analysis and explaination o Functional cost controlling of two production sites o Decision support of the management with monthly analysis and O&R reports o Payroll - headcount & cost reporting o Coordination of packaging finance planning procedure and managing annual budget process (for Overhead and External Rework area) o Develop the annual plan by collaborating with all of the necessary stakeholders o monthly KPI submissions of Baileys o OH planning standardization

Fixed Assets o Providing interpretation of depreciation to the business lines o Registering fixed asset transactions o Monthly reconciliations and reporting o Monitoring of negative assets as the lead of ledger integrity project o Training coordination

Bank Accounting: o Processing bank related transactions including technical solution in case of missing interface between the banks and SAP o Following-up items with central and regional banks and various departments o Stewardship analyst of our department: consolidated KPI data covering approx.200 bank accounts and monthly management presentations o annual local closures (Italy)
