Responsible for corporate supply chain management including key material purchasing, corporate contracts and transportation management. Key focus on integrating former Saint-Gobain Advanced Ceramics plants into CoorsTek supply chain management organization and leveraging increased purchasing power with suppliers/service providers. Responsible for all purchasing and sourcing activities for Advanced Ceramics plants in North Armerica (5 sites). Emphasis on cost reduction, alternate sourcing, supplier management and streamlining processes and activities between plants. Location: Worcester MA

Responsibilities included purchasing, logistics of all incoming and outgoing goods, inventory management and cost control. Goal was to establish a professional and effective purchasing function focused on cost savings for site. Location: Worcester MA

Responsible for raw material procurement and planning/logistics, shipping and warehouse, human resources and labor relations, quality control and technical services. Key focus on labor relations and contract negotiations. Responsible for implementation of ERP system. Managed safety program. Location: Fitchburg, MA
