• Managed customer requirements of domestic as well as exports clients right from enquiry stage to customer acquisition • Handled overall business volume of 7,5 million EUR in 2015-16 and 12,5 million EUR in 2016-17 • Conducted monthly sales review with regional sales teams, prepared past performance and forecast reports • Built a pricing and costing tool using Excel and VBA programming that significantly reduced the offer preparation time of the team

• Managed new product development of medium voltage switchgear products right from design phase to sales release • Conducted type testing and certification of the designed prototypes at independent global laboratories • Filed a patent in 2014 for the design of withdrawing mechanism of ‘Potential Transformer’ – a device used to monitor system voltage
