I develop marketing strategies that support the global recruiting team's hiring goals and ensure brand compliance across multi-national advertising campaigns. I also co-manage the design, localization, chatbot, information hierarchy, application workflow, QA testing, and functionality of our external facing career website along with its interconnected candidate management platform and all the tools therein. I also design digital and print media that we use in our global advertising and hiring events.

My primary role was developing employer brand and recruitment marketing programs that aligned with hiring OKR's, increased brand awareness, educated future co-workers about opportunities at Flexport, and actively increased employee engagement. The enablement portion included programs and projects that helped our recruiting partners find the information they needed, build trust in the consistency and accuracy of that information, and strengthen cross-functional processes.

Recruiting designers and researchers for Airbnb's rapid growth required a strong understanding of quickly evolving products and teams. I worked directly with UX Design and Research leadership to understand product vision and project scope, team needs, and skill requirements; hiring team meetings and candidate reviews, sourcing for management and individual contributor positions, in-depth portfolio reviews, phone interviewing, evaluating design exercises, interview preparation, and post on-site review.
