Department: Body Exterior Integration Responsibilities: • Coordinating all exterior product development teams for reaching gateways on time • Organizing and leading cross-functional meetings, supporting launch phases • Reporting daily development issues progress to the exterior top management • Preparing presentations for weekly team meetings and special attention reviews

• Analyzing and comparing developing markets • Visiting successful Macedonian companies and foreign IT investments • Networking with prominent Macedonian businessmen

- Coordinating the implementation of core changes in the product (customer-specific wire harnesses for Mercedes-Benz, C class) - Introducing product upgrades in the production plant - Managing complex technical issues across the production during prototype and serial phases - Optimizing processes and preparing work instructions accordingly - Being in charge of the production planning process - Translating work instructions and process flows: German-English-Macedonian and vice versa

- Analyzing market research reports and following the brand performance and marketing strategy in 28 markets across the world - Tracking the global marketing KPI system and reporting results to the top management - Analyzing trends and providing strategic insights for continuous improvement - Providing a consolidated and holistic way of interpreting digital KPIs - Developing a 360° digital marketing management report for more efficient and transparent steering

- Assisting the development of an accounting software for business and retail - Developing work instructions for the accounting software (in English and Bulgarian language)
