Be responsible for delivery stabilization and oversee operations, make independent decisions, which have major day-to-day impact in area of responsibility. Drive & execute on daily tasks and also productivity improvements across finance teams who specialize in:Controlling, Finance IT Systems and Data Imports,Statutory Audits under US GAAP and IFRS,Operations (Treasury, OTC, PTP, GL). Ensure finance aspect of acquisitions and integrations relevant for your finance operations area is delivered timely and to the highest standards. Ensure or support the finalization of significant migration initiative into Oracle’s NetSuite from legacy ERPs and in-house systems.

The position is an integral part of Tyco EMEA HQ finance function. Reporting to the Finance Manager of EMEA Retail and Commercial Operations, this role involves working with in-country finance teams on the overall regional financial planning, forecasting and operational reporting for EMEA Retail Operations, as well as supporting the FM in driving sales productivity, sales analytics and modeling, field automation initiatives while working closely with EMEA sales lead and respective GM’s of the region.

-control, check and ensure consistency of the monthly P&L and balance sheet, report accordingly into Group system (Hyperion)and explain variances according to US-GAAP rules; -ensure reliable accounting information according to local and US GAAP/IFRS; -carry out SOx audits and improve the processes; prepare the documentation for monthly closure according to SOx; -set up rolling forecasts, comment with accuracy and report into Group system; -validate investments and cash-back calculation;
