My name is Angelica. I am an HR enthusiast with a passion for recruitment. I began my HR journey in a global fashion e-commerce start-up, managing the recruitment process end-to-end in a fast-paced environment. At a multinational corporation, I recruited students for internships, a role I cherished. I expanded into broader HR activities, including onboarding, cross-boarding, leaves, and off-boarding. Currently, I work at an IT service management company, collaborating with hiring managers on technical roles, developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate relationships, negotiating offers, facilitating communication, tracking KPIs, and improving processes based on feedback.
