    Extremely complex merger of two banks. Program was focused on migration of several million retail customers. Responsible for setting development guidelines and standards, using best practices and leading development team.     Extremely complex merger of two banks. Whole programme involved hundreds of people. Data migration project split into five subprojects. Managed two of them with team of 10 people - business analysts, functional analysts, developers and testers. Integration from several legacy systems into SAP and Clearing House using Oracle platform and DataStage Enterprise Edition with its parallel features. • Run manager for Dry Run and Go Live. • Managed team of 6-10 people (analysts, developers and technical support). • Member of development board. • Ensured data integration programs are developed according to the latest specification.

    Migration from Oracle to Teradata using IBM WebSphere DataStage. Responsible for analysis, design and implementation of ETL processes. Managed group of developers. Coordinated workload between other teams. • Part of POC team. Team lead for group of six consultants. • Supervised local teams to ensure the development follows the same patterns. • Set up solution support team to deploy and maintain the data migration projects within DHL.

    Data migration project for the largest Czech mobile carrier. Developed data migration processes with Teradata and DataStage. • Responsible for the most data intensive part of the data warehouse – call data records – approximately 50 million records per day. • Optimized CDRs data loading processes – cut down from 12 hours to 6 hours. • Found out the data quality issues in customer legacy systems and helped to resolve them in the new data warehouse.
