Under Capacity Building Division, I also involved in several consultancy projects with PT Astra International, and the Ministry of Industries and Ministry of Finance, Republic of Indonesia.

Produced local economic development prototypes to be tested in the implementation phase in four provinces (East Java, Central Java, Aceh, South Sulawesi) in Indonesia; The method was Human-Centered Design based on client (KOMPAK, funded by the Australian Government) market linkages approach

- Developed the training framework focus on digital literacy and entrepreneurship - Produced online and printed training materials - Supervised two field staffs and conducted training sessions for 11 women entrepreneurs which impacted more than 300 women in three districts in East Java - Worked closely with the Digital Marketing Officer and Product Development team to ensure the Wobe app interface is easy to use by primary users who are housewives

- Led a team in training and mentoring more than 250 women entrepreneurs in 10 districts in remote villages in Indonesia who successfully delivered 17,000 solar lanterns, efficient cookstoves, and water filters to 85,000 people - Collaborated with Winrock International, Visionaria Network, Johns Hopkins University to deliver gender mainstreaming with Human-Centered Design method into Kopernik's training curriculum
