Thesis Topic : Evaluation of Industrialization methods within Bosch for Advanced Driving Assistance Systems and propose optimization strategies for a Lean Launch

- Oversaw critical project management activities and ensured the success of the Driving Assistance System project. -Maintained and updated Project Charter, Project Management Plan, and Document Plan, etc ensuring that all project management documents were up-to-date and accurate. -Coordinated Change Management, Quality Gates, Release Planning, and Customer Negotiations to ensure the project was completed on time, within budget, and met the needs of all stakeholders.

-Involved in a Digital Industries project focused on Factory Layout and Process Optimization using Digital Twin Technology, with a strong interest in emerging technologies and their applications in industrial settings. -Utilized industry-standard software, including Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and Plant Simulation, to design, simulate, and optimize factory layouts and processes.

-Designed and built a Stereo-Lithography 3D printer, demonstrating strong engineering and technical skills. -Researched and selected components and materials, ensuring the highest quality and performance. -Developed and executed a detailed project plan, ensuring the project was completed on time and within budget.
