I was responsible for the operation of a team of 6 people after the introduction of IQ BOT, and I was responsible for process documentation and for the training of the team members. As memeber of "Report To Pay" Team my task was the preparation of monthly accruals report, as well as the monthly working hours report of the whole team. Part of my role was the monitoring of function of new automatizations. I regularly used ServiceNow.

My main tasks: I was responsible for the incoming Air and Sea freight invoices of a top supplier (DHL). Part of my daily routin was the issue resolution and the vendor query handling. I did the monitoring of the function of the invoice coding team.

As one of the 5 first employees of the new SSC of TKE GmbH I was responsible for the tasks bellow: Process transition from Gdansk to Budapest in German language. Process stabilisation and documentation. Reporting. Accounting. Training of new joiners and team members

My main tasks: Onboarding of German suppliers to SAP Ariba platform. Process documentation (supplier guides, issue resolution tutorials) in German. Communication with suppliers (in German, Spanish and English language) SAP technical configuration ASN related issue resolution (in SAP, Ariba Supplier Network, SympleBuy, ServiceNow).
