Updated CANdelaStudio/DiVa for automated suites. Automated tests via Robot Framework/GitLab CI; distributed via PyInstaller/JFrog. Debugged SOME/IP SD, DoIP, and TLS issues. Managed dashboards for defect trends and OEM reporting. Authored CI/CD and QEMU guides. Ensured ASPICE (SWE.4/5/6) compliance for all production builds.

Wrote custom meta-layers and BSP integrations; edited local.conf/bblayers.conf for kernel configs. Pruned footprints using RDEPENDS. Set up Dockerized Yocto toolchains (Poky/bitbake) and validated via QEMU. Automated nightly builds and artifact archiving in Jenkins/GitLab CI. Generated dependency graphs (bitbake -g) and visualized task trees with Graphviz/Matplotlib. Debugged bootloaders and rootfs on Raspberry Pi/Arduino. Documented full-stack CI/CD workflows and production-ready Yocto meta-layers.

Validated IVI/ADAS ECUs on RichOS/QNX via HiL and in-vehicle. Flashed SA8195/SA8295P (DKF/QFIL), AURIX TC397XP (FlashGUI), and R-Car M3 (GitBash). Applied variant coding via DTS Monaco/CANoe. Ran UDS sessions (0x10/0x11/0x3E/0x31), handled DIDs/DTCs/NRCs. Analyzed CAN/Ethernet/SOME/IP in Wireshark/tcpdump; debugged with DLT/Vector VN5640. Managed Jira/Xray traceability. Built benches from scratch (harnesses/firmware). Led onboarding and held HV2 certification. Owned flashing, coding, testing, and debugging.

Eight Weeks of a summer internship at the flagship ABW of the Indian Army which is involved in Base repairs and MRO (Maintenance Repair and Overhaul) of TATRA Variants of all-terrain trucks. Worked on overhaul of turbocharged V8 engines including stripping, replacement of worn-out parts, assembly and testing of OH engines.

Four Weeks of regular visits to the ABW to understand the working of the overhaul of Infantry Combat Vehicles and heavy engines including tool engineering (Lathe, CNC, Drilling/fitting tools).
