- Managing projects from conception, pre-production throughout till completion. - Managing project budgets and keeping costs down. - Prepare the detailed project plan for the assigned project with the help of MS Project. - Monitor financial performance on a monthly basis with project cost controllers and reviews estimates versus actual. - Monitor the project processes to identify opportunities for improving the project financial results on the basis of project changes and events.
