In my current role, I manage all Marketing Communications aspects covering internal communications, employee engagement, Public Relations, Digital Marketing including social media, SEO, website optimization, Google analytics, and Envistacom's corporate community outreach program. In 2020, I completed a 6-month Digital Marketing Pro program earning a dual certification from the American Marketing Association (AMA) and the Digital Marketing Institute (DMI).

In this role, I managed all marketing communications for the US organization as the primary contact for Global Marketing and PR in Germany. - All internal/external communications, including messaging. Create and oversee annual Marketing & PR plan and budget. - Marketing strategy. - Executive Communications. - Employee Engagement. - Public Relations. - Project work, such as enterprise-wide CRM system rollouts and our major corporate office rebranding effort. - Coach and manage staff.

Five-month internship for a hotel chain in the central reservation office. Telephone and email correspondence with clients and tour operators, habling and entry of reservations into the reservation program, creation of lists of codes and agencies with Microsoft Excel, filing and storage.

One-week internship at a trading company during a three-week student exchange. Researched and contacted suppliers for a new project. Translated from English to German.

Six-week internship at a business center. Handled general office tasks, including correspondence, filing, telecommunications and ordering system. Prepared and monitored conventions, seminars and conferences.
