I performed my PhD Thesis in the research Group of Stefan Mundlos. To study the mechanisms of gene regulation during embryonic development, I generated various transgenic mouse lines using the CrispR-Cas technique that I applied on murine embryonic stem cells. The techniques I used to analyze the transgenic mice include: DNA and RNA isolation, RNA-Seq, reverse transcription, qPCR, In Situ Hybridization, histology sections and staining, 4C analysis, skeletal preparation and staining.
