Developed earth-abundant transition metal catalysts with detailed characterization, evaluating their oxidative reactivity studies aiming towards selective C-H halogenation of hydrocarbons. Experience in conducting process hazard analysis (PHA), quantitative risk analysis (QRA) and maintaining safety data sheets to assess process safety management.

Designed and synthesized of an array of redox-active ligand frameworks and molecular metal catalysts/complexes with extensive analysis of electrochemical properties aiming towards alkene epoxidation and development of selective ion sensors for environmental applications. Demonstrated effective leadership by training over 300+ undergraduates for the core concepts and lab techniques in chemistry, teaching instrumentation handling and operation.
