• Drove a major fragment-based drug discovery (FBDD) campaign targeting Histidine Kinase (HK), processing and analyzing a massive screening dataset of ~800 soaked crystals using PanDDA. • Determined over 30 very high-resolution crystal structures (1.3–1.8 Å), providing critical active-site mapping to guide medicinal chemistry efforts. • Designed and developed medium-throughout assay for assessment of in vitro Histidine kinase inhibition using immunoblotting. • Intensively utilized microscale thermophoresis
