CSR: ownership of the "Green Office" project - research and actions to make the office of Mia & Ben more sustainable. This in included energy, mobility & logistics, resources, nutrition, biodiversity, and impact. Outcome: Green Office Policy. Recruiting: active sourcing and interviewing of candidates for multiple open positions, providing feedback for hiring managers and communication with candidates.
