Coordinating the delivery of multi-million pan-European programmes and projects, funded under H2020 in the specific areas of Space research and Green Deal support. As a member of the company’s Senior Management team, contributing to the strategy development, development of the PM processes, training and mentoring staff in the area of Project Management, including Planning, Quality Management, Risk Management, Monitoring and control, GDPR compliance.

Responsible for the TRL portfolio of international projects and for the delivery of the projects for European Commission, other European Institutions, Member States Governments and private organisations and companies. Govern the portfolio of emerging markets projects, including projects in LMIC.

Responsible for the management and successful delivery of engineering, testing and research projects. Working with organisations from the public and private sectors (in the UK and overseas) on various aspects of vehicle and road safety (automotive and rail), environment, sustainability and range of related niche specialisms. Acting as a group bid leader, building bid response teams, ensuring bids are produced, reviewed and successfully delivered to the client on time.

Project management of large construction projects (above 1M EUR) for industrial, commercial, administrative, healthcare and leisure buildings. Building projects sheets based on research information, identifying and contacting stakeholders in the respective projects stages, appointing Project Consultants and Technical staff according to various criteria (project location, product group, type of stakeholder), follow up the task execution and recording of the results.

Customer- oriented project management role for defining, organizing, planning and managing the processes of specification, quoting and deployment of building-management systems (BMS), access control, video surveillance and security systems. Role also included definition and implementation of business processes in order to comply with high-level requirements of service partners such as Diebold, IBM and Cisco.
