-OFFICE Management:Accountability and invoicing, annual budgeting/Reporting to the Company’s Operations Director/Ensuring feasibility assessments are conducted according to the pre-defined requirements and timelines. -STAFF management: Recruiting,mentoring and supervision of staff/Guiding CRAs regarding regulatory procedures. -PROJECT Management: Assuring local (Spain and Portugal) project’s goals and timelines are aligned with the global project/Management of local projects/CRA project allocation

- Assuring clinical trial’s timelines and quality goals are fulfil and aligned with the global project - Reporting to international PMs - Supervision and training of local CRAs

- Performing quality control of clinical data, adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements for clinical studies - Submission of clinical trials to the Ethic Committees and Competent Authority. - Participating from site selection to site closure visits. - Visit’s reporting to the project manager - Supervision and training of junior CRAs During this period, a part from performing CRA related tasks, strong support was given to the off
