Head for all operations/logistics associated with WIN Conference. Responsible for the overall production. Head of all sponsor accounts, ensuring that strategic partnerships are established and maintained.

Responsible for expanding Manpower’s services into executive level recruitment for the financial services and legal sectors in Italy. Responsible for developing local team competences drawing on prior experience with Manpower Sweden.

Reporting to the CEO, directed recruitment of over 90 staff to support the rapid expansion of the company. Responsible for the set up of an HR department for Europe-wide operations with 600 staff.

In a team of four recruitment specialists, created and developed a new business division providing temporary management placements at an executive level. The division consistently exceeded targeted revenues. Six- month secondment as HR Consultant to a client in financial services sector.
