Managing multimillion EUR budget incl. 40+ people reports located in Germany, Romania and China. Scope includes the inhouse Java microservices shop platform, various backoffice tools eg. external ERP (AX), Product Information Management (‘PIM’, inRiver), infrastructure, security, helpdesk. Focus on budget savings, restructuring, shop platform strategy change, rebuilding the team, retention improvement.

Additional responsibilities: Team lead for all Product Owners • Logistics: Opening first inhouse Chinese Warehouse, Move of the existing warehouse, Real Name Authentication, Dropshipment, mechanism for selling anticipated inventory • Finance: IT providers selection (vendors assessment), Tmall Processes Optimisation, WeChat Pay • New channels launch: Wechat Mini, JD, Babytree. Mobile phone signups • Outsourcing inhouse solutions: e.g. PIM to InRiver, price automation to OMNIA • Recruited 3 new POs and PMs
