• Led the cross-functional supply chain asset team responsible for strategy and tactical execution across 5 biosimilar assets, partnering with Commercial, Legal, Finance, and a joint venture manufacturer in Korea. Oversaw supply planning, performance monitoring, and lifecycle management to ensure alignment with business goals, regulatory compliance, and cost-efficiency across external operations.

• Directed end-to-end supply planning and logistics for an $800M biosimilar business unit, serving 240k patients globally. • Restored OTIF from 70% to 99% within 2 months amid a 16x demand surge, partnering with a JV manufacturer in Korea to maintain high service with low inventory. • Oversaw product lifecycle transitions, new launches, and regulatory updates across supply, quality, and commercial. • Key contributor to partner and supplier due diligence, supporting long-term strategic sourcing decisions.

• Led a team of 4 external consultants and 1 project analysts, responsible for Global E2E Demand-Supply Planning processes (re-)design, optimization and system development initiatives, covering MRP, MPS and inventory planning. • Led the implementation of E2E Value Chain Planning solution as part of the global ERP upgrade. Partnered with key stakeholders within Demand Planning, Quality, Manufacturing, CMC, IT, Finance and Regulatory aligning cross-functional processes and integration.

• Held positions of increasing responsibility, and led the rebuilt of the supply planning organization with the move from Netherlands to Denmark in 2007 and Denmark to Switzerland in 2009. • Led a team of 4 planning analysts, responsible for regulatory compliant commercial End-to-End drug supply planning on $ 1.8b ex-US sales serving 90+ markets. Achieving consistently +99.5% OTIF. • Led supply decisions through global launches and periodic label revisions in global markets.
