Assistance with the "Partner Program Hotline", update of webpages, support with the creation of an e-newsletter as well as with various activities including communication and coordination with partners, set-up of new Business Partners and continuous data management, cooperation with external agencies with regards to marketing materials in the context of marketing programs/campaigns, support of the team with administrative tasks as well as with various events on-site (ex: Software Universe, 3800 attendees)

Writing and planning of a marketing strategy for France, branding (trademark), organization and conduct of focus groups, translation of marketing materials, planning of an advertising strategy, support with the creation of the French website, set-up of a non-resident commercial bank account in France, arrangement of a French free phone number for the UK company, employment issues (posting job offer, studying applications, planning and conducting face-to-face interviews).

Problem: lack of attractiveness of Jefferies towards recent graduates as well as senior analysts. Role: submit recommendations regarding Jefferies' communication strategy so as to improve their attractiveness as a recruiter. Tasks: data collection, data analysis and interpretation, recommendations, presentation in front of senior managers
