As a manager of a large multinational team of Solution Managers I am leading the transformation of our solution creation business for Global Technology Service clients in the DACH market, incl. existing client base and midsize new logo clients.

• Leading an international team of 14 Solution Managers at IBMs client Allianz SE generating new business with innovative IT solutions • supervising effective proposal creation • coaching of team members • Skill development and skill transfer to near shore countries.

Responsible for the long term development and extension of individual global outsourcing contracts with a focus on understanding the customer, developing innovative and cost efficient corporate infrastructure solutions, pricing and contract negotiations. Leadership role in short term engagement teams for large deals.

Responsible for SLA adherence and IT budget of End User Services at 10 European locations with about 5000 users. Functional and Line Management for the client support team. Change Manager for the IT infrastructure in Central Europe.

Project Management and Service Management in large scale outsourcing and systems integration projects. • Toll Collect: Build-up of the Service Management for the German electronic road charge system • Baywa AG & Deutsche Telekom: Technical Project Management for one of the first European B2B markets • T-Mobile UK: sub project management in a consolidation project amongst T-Mobiles subsidiaries • International Projects, e.g. Storm Telecom. Ltd., London and Solect Inc./Amdocs Ltd., Toronto
